This is not a public network. Participation is by approval only, ensuring our partners reflect the same standards that define our name.

Affiliate Commission Structure

Base Commission: 7% on eligible sales of golf bags. Top Tier Commission: 10–20% for select partners who demonstrate exceptional performance or are approved through high-value collaborations. Eligibility: Commissions apply to golf bags only. Accessories, apparel, and non-bag SKUs are excluded. Cookie Duration: 60 days for standard affiliates; extended to 90 days for top-tier partners.

Top Tier Entry

Top tier status is granted by invitation and reviewed every 2 months. Considerations include: $5,000+ in referred sales within a two-month period, or approved partnerships with premium golf media, influencers, or private golf clubs.

Customer “Refer-a-Friend” Benefit

Approved affiliates may also share our 10% cart discount with referred customers. Applies only to golf bag purchases. Minimum order value: $400USD. One-time use per referred customer. Exclusions: Cannot be applied to on-course accessories, apparel, or sale items, and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Payment Terms

Commissions are calculated on the final sale price, excluding shipping, taxes, and any discounts applied. Payments are issued monthly, following a 15-day verification period to account for returns or order adjustments.

Program Integrity

To maintain the exclusivity and reputation of Kolf Maison: Affiliates may not engage in paid search bidding on “Kolf Maison” or close variations. Use of misleading claims, mass coupon distribution, or brand-diluting tactics is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.

This guide explains how to access your affiliate portal, where to find your referral link and coupon code, how to generate product links, how to review your performance, and how to set up your payment details.

After registration, affiliates log into a dashboard that shows their referral information, including their referral link, coupon code, and performance summary. The standard affiliate dashboard includes the Home, Marketing Tools, Payments, and Settings tabs, with additional tabs appearing only when certain program features are enabled. 

1. Creating Your Account

To begin, go to the affiliate portal and create your account. GoAffPro’s affiliate onboarding flow starts with account creation through the portal signup page. After signup, the account may go through a verification process before full access is granted. Their affiliate getting started guide notes that verification can take up to 24 to 48 hours. 

Once your registration is complete, you can log in through the affiliate portal login page using your email and password. Some portals may also offer social login options such as Google or Facebook. 

2. Your Dashboard at a Glance

After logging in, you will enter your affiliate dashboard.

This is your control center. It contains your referral link, your coupon code if one has been assigned, and a summary of how your referrals are performing. The main tabs typically visible are:

Settings

Depending on how the program is configured, you may also see optional tabs such as Analytics, Network, Shop, Pages, Party Links, or Transactions. These are feature based and may not appear for every affiliate. 

3. Home Tab

The Home tab is where most affiliates begin.

This section displays your unique referral link and coupon code, along with a summary table that shows your performance metrics. GoAffPro states that affiliates can access their referral link, quick share icons, and coupon information directly from the Home tab. In some setups, affiliates may also be able to edit their referral code or coupon name. 

The summary section shows:

Referrals, meaning unique visits made through your referral link
Orders, meaning orders attributed to your referrals
Conversions, meaning orders divided by referrals
Sales, meaning the revenue generated from your referred purchases
Earnings, meaning the commission earned from those sales 

4. Your Referral Link

Your referral link is your main tracking link.

When someone clicks your referral link and places an order, that sale is attributed to your account and you earn commission based on the program terms. GoAffPro’s official affiliate guide and FAQ both confirm that referral link purchases are recorded and credited to the affiliate.

5. Your Coupon Code

If a coupon code has been assigned to you, you may also share that code in your promotions.

When a customer uses your assigned coupon code at checkout, the sale is recorded and attributed to your account, and you earn commission on that order. GoAffPro supports coupon code tracking in addition to referral link tracking. 

Important note: if a customer uses both your referral link and your coupon code, GoAffPro records the sale, but only one commission is awarded for that order. 

6. Marketing Tools

The Marketing Tools tab helps you promote more effectively.

According to GoAffPro’s affiliate documentation, this section allows affiliates to generate trackable product links and access media assets provided by the merchant. Affiliates can download those assets and use them in their promotions. 

This means you may use the portal to:

Create direct links to a specific Kolf Maison product page
Access approved brand imagery or promotional assets
Download materials provided for affiliate use 

For Kolf Maison, this is the preferred approach. A direct product link is usually stronger than a general homepage link because it takes your audience exactly where your recommendation is focused.

The Payments section allows you to view your payment information.

Use your official affiliate link whenever possible.
Use your assigned coupon code when a link is not practical.
Create direct product links instead of sending traffic to a general page.
Complete your profile and payment settings before promoting.
Check your Home and Payments tabs regularly to monitor activity.

Your referral link is shown in the Home tab of your affiliate dashboard. 

Can I link directly to a product

Yes. The Marketing Tools section includes a product link generator for trackable product links. 

Where do I set up how I get paid

Go to Settings, then Payment Settings inside your affiliate dashboard. 

Can I see past and pending payments

Yes. affiliates can view payment information, including pending amounts and past payments. 

Why do I not see some tabs

Some dashboard tabs only appear if those features are enabled in the affiliate program.

To maintain the integrity of the Kolf Maison brand, all affiliates must follow strict content and promotion standards. Avoid copying product descriptions or website text. Do not engage in spamming, clickbait, or misleading language. Always create original, elegant, and brand-aligned content. Use only approved creatives when available and ensure full disclosure of affiliate relationships in every post. Failure to comply may result in termination from the program.

Commissions are only paid on completed, non-refunded transactions. If a customer returns their order, cancels it, or is flagged for fraud, the commission is reversed. To protect against this, all payouts are held for 30 days after each sale to ensure legitimacy and compliance with our return policy.

Log in to your Affiliate Dashboard and navigate to the “Creatives” tab. There you’ll find banners, promotional images, logos, and pre-approved messaging you can use across your channels. If you belong to a higher tier, you may also receive exclusive assets for product launches and limited campaigns.

All affiliate commissions are paid in United States Dollars (USD). Please ensure your payment method supports USD to avoid delays or conversion issues.

Affiliate commissions are processed monthly, after a 15-day holding period for each sale. This ensures all orders are confirmed, legitimate, and not subject to return or fraud.

No. Commissions earned through valid, completed purchases do not expire. They remain in your account until you reach the payout threshold and meet all program conditions. However, commissions may be removed if the original order is refunded, canceled, or flagged as fraudulent.
