At Kolf Maison, we stand behind the craftsmanship, materials, and performance of our products. Each piece is designed to reflect our uncompromising standards of quality, and our warranty ensures that your investment is protected.
Section 1 — Warranty Coverage
Kolf Maison offers a limited one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly through KolfMaison.com or authorized retailers. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
Important: Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or secondhand platforms (e.g., eBay, private resales, etc.) are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Section 2 — What’s Not Covered
While our products are made to perform and endure, this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Exclusions include but are not limited to:
Rips, abrasions, stains, fading, or material aging from regular use
Improper storage, impact, or water damage
Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
Damages caused by DIY component replacement (e.g., legs, feet, frame parts)
Lost or stolen items (exceptions: individual legs, screws, or rubber feet may be replaced if available)
Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function or durability
Section 3 — Warranty Services
If a defect covered under warranty is confirmed by our quality team, we offer two resolution options:
Free Repair: If repairable, your product will be restored at no cost.
Replacement: If the product is non-repairable, and within the warranty window, we will issue a replacement of the same or comparable model.
Please Note:
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item for return.
Shipping costs for warranty claims (both directions) are the responsibility of the customer.
Kolf Maison reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy based on the issue and product condition.
Section 4 — How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, email us at warranty@kolfmaison.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim" and include the following:
Full name
Email and phone number
Product name or model
Order number (or photo of the original purchase receipt)
Reason for the claim and a clear description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the defect
Shipping address for return or replacement
Once received, our team will review your claim and respond promptly. Additional details may be requested to complete the evaluation.
Section 5 — Policy Terms and Updates
This warranty policy is subject to change without prior notice. The version of the warranty active at the time of your original purchase will apply. Any updates to this policy will be published on our website under the Warranty section
