Returns, Refunds & Promotional Discount Policy
Condition & Packaging Requirements
All returned products must be received in unused condition, complete with original tags, labels, dust bags, protective sleeves, and any accompanying materials. Items showing signs of wear, usage, damage, or missing components will not be eligible for a full refund. Kolf Maison reserves the right to deny returns or issue partial refunds based on product condition upon inspection.
Return & Refund Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original and return delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount. Kolf Maison does not offer return shipping labels unless explicitly stated.
Return Timeframe & Processing
Return requests must be initiated and received within 30 days of the original delivery date. Items received after this period may not be accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing window following inspection and approval.
Discount Adjustment on Partial Returns
Orders benefiting from promotional discounts — including tiered cart incentives — will be recalculated in the event of a partial return. If the returned item causes the order to fall below the original discount threshold, the applied discount will be adjusted accordingly, and any excess discount value will be deducted from the refund.
Example
Customer purchases three items:
• Kolf Maison Golf Bag — $549
• Aura Travel Bag — $269
• Head Cover Set — $269
Subtotal: $1,087
15% discount applied: –$163.05
Total paid: $923.95
If the customer returns the Head Cover Set ($269):
The revised subtotal becomes $818, which only qualifies for a 5% discount.
• Correct 5% discount on $818 = –$40.90
• Over-applied discount = $122.15
• Refund issued = $269 – $122.15 = $146.85
Kolf Maison reserves the right to recalculate and adjust any refund in accordance with this policy to preserve fairness and prevent misuse.
