Our production is global, but our standards are singular. Materials are sourced from Korea, China, Japan, and Singapore. Final assembly is executed by a select group of certified artisans in China. Our manufacturing partner operates one of the top-tier golf bag factories in East Asia — a facility known for producing premium leather goods and maquila for elite European brands.

Orders placed before 11 a.m. PST typically ship the same business day, unless Standard Shipping is selected.
Standard Shipping orders generally ship within one business day, but may take longer during holidays and sales events.
Kolf Maison ships Monday through Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays). Orders placed on the weekend will ship the next business day.
Handmade or custom items may take up to two weeks to ship, as noted in the product details.
If an item is backordered, we will provide updates as soon as possible.

Lost Packages Policy
At Kolf Maison, we take lost packages seriously and will work with the carrier to resolve any issues regarding undelivered items.
If a customer claims an item was not received, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier, which typically takes 5-10 business days to complete.
During this time, we will keep the customer informed of any updates regarding the package’s status.
Lost in Transit
If the carrier confirms that the package was lost in transit, we will issue a replacement order at no additional cost to the customer.
Marked as Delivered
If the carrier confirms that the package was delivered, we will provide proof of delivery and recommend checking with neighbors or the local post office.
If the customer still claims non-receipt after proof of delivery, a police report will be required before we can proceed with a refund or replacement. This is to protect against fraudulent claims.
Stolen or Misplaced Packages
Kolf Maison is not responsible for packages that are stolen or misplaced after delivery. If a customer is concerned about package security, we recommend:

In-stock items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in new, re-sellable condition, include proof of purchase, and be in their original packaging with tags attached.
Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returns can be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on customs and duties.
Kolf Maison Course Bundle Savings – Special Policy
Orders placed using our Kolf Maison Course Bundle Savings (5% Off Main, 10% Off Extras) Promotion are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges are allowed within 15 days of purchase.
All items must be in new, unused condition and returned with original packaging.
